      • Treasury Department Certificate No. 668 verifying Emanuel Hunter’s service in Capt. Abraham Allen’s Company of the 1st Regiment of the Tennessee Militia (infantry) from January 28, 1814 to May 10, 1814, War of 1812.
      • Certification by Capt. Abraham Allen and Col R.C. Napier of Emanuel Hunter’s service as a private in the War of 1812 under General Andrew Jackson against the Creek Indians.
      • 11-14-1830 Manuel’s Bounty Land application in Williamson County IL for service against the Creek Indians in the War of 1812.
      • Certification of Manuel Hunter’s service as a Corporal in Capt. Hoalman’s 2nd Regiment, 1st Brigade, Illinois Mounted Volunteers, Black Hawk War from June 15, 1832 to August 2, 1832.
      • 10-17-1832 Certification by Col. John Ewing of Manuel Hunter’s service as a First Corporal in Capt.       • 1-24-1851 Manuel’s Bounty Land application in Williamson County IL for service in the Black Hawk War.
      • 9-7-1852 Deed of land from Manuel Hunter to his son Allen Hunter.  This is the land where Manuel and Judith Lee lived.  Manuel sold the farm to his son Elder Allen Hunter after Judith Lee’s death.
      • 3-21-1855 Manuel’s Bounty Land application for service in the War of 1812 and the Black Hawk War, Williamson County, IL.
      • 2-28-1871 Manual Hunter’s Pension application for service in the War of 1812.
      • 6-17-1871 Manual Hunter’s Pension application for his service in the War of 1812 (Manuel was 84 years old).
      • 1-29-1851 Williamson County petition bearing Manual Hunter’s name.
      • 4-3-1878 Petition in Williamson containing Mary Bess’ application for a pension based on Manuel Hunter’s service in the War of 1812 (Mary Bess was Manuel’s second wife; they were married on October 2, 1852; Manuel was deceased at the time of this application).
      • U.S. Pension Agency Notice of the termination of Mary Bess Hunter’s pension due to her death December 4, 1887.
